Refunds and cancellation

What is sold

Satya Jyotish is free to download. Some features, such as AI answers, palm and Vastu photo readings and written consultations, use credits bought inside the app. Credits are digital and are delivered to your account immediately.

How payments are taken

All purchases in the Android app are processed by Google Play. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

Refunds

• Failed readings are refunded automatically. If a paid reading cannot be completed — for example the photo cannot be read or the service is unavailable — the credit is returned to your balance straight away.
• Purchases through Google Play can be refunded under Google Play's refund policy. Within 48 hours of purchase you can request a refund from Google Play directly (play.google.com → Account → Order history → Request a refund).
• After 48 hours, write to us at the address below with your order number and we will look at every request. Unused credits bought in error are refunded.
• Credits already spent on a completed reading are not refundable, because the service has been delivered.

Cancellation

There are no subscriptions and nothing renews automatically, so there is nothing to cancel. You can stop using the app and delete your data at any time from the app's settings.

Delivery

Credits appear in the app as soon as Google Play confirms the payment, usually within a minute. If they do not, contact us with your order number.
